For practicing coaches, Gowri provides customized development support, anchored on her own mastery level learnings, coupled with her unique perspectives gained from having served on ICF Credentials and Standards Board for a full term of 2 years.

Coaching Supervision

As a Certified Coaching Supervisor, with about 150 hours of Supervision training and about 100 hours of hands-on supervision experience, she offers Coaching supervision in an exclusive 1×1 setting for discerning coaches. She also offers Group Supervision services in small group settings of 6-8 coaches to enable more enriched learning, along with a diverse set of other coaches globally.

MCC Mentor Coaching

As a registered Mentor at ICF and certified ICF Assessor, Gowri also supports other MCC-aspiring coaches with customized 1×1 mentoring as part of their MCC credentialing journeys. These are offered in a flexible format, with the coach being able to choose as many hours of exclusive mentoring and support for their MCC submissions as they need, when they need it.
